How to place an Order:

If you would like to pay via PayPal, please email your order. 
Please include your full name, shipping address, billing address and PayPal email address.
We will calculate the shipping and send a PayPal invoice.
PayPal payments must be received within 24 hours of your receipt of the PayPal invoice.

If you would like to order using your credit card, please email your order.
Please include your full name, shipping address, billing address and telephone number.
You may call us, or we will call you for the credit card information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If you would like to pay via check or money order, please email your order.
Please include your full name and shipping address.
We will calculate the shipping cost and send an email with the total amount due.
We will hold the items seven days for payment.

International orders are via PayPal only and must be shipped to a US address

Sorry, we do not offer a layaway plan.

How to place a Preorder:

Depending on payment type, please follow the steps above under "How to place an order."

Please read the preorder terms below BEFORE placing a preorder:

Cancellation of ANY part of a preorder will cancel the ENTIRE preorder.

Payment for preorders is due when the items arrive in our store.
Integrity orders will only be held 24 HOURS for payment.

Shipping charges are based on weight and at our cost (See "Shipping Charges" below.)
As we do not know the exact weight for preordered items or future USPS rates, we cannot give preorder shipping rates.

Preorder Deposits:
Some preorders may require a 25 percent deposit.
If a deposit is required, we will let you know at the time that the preorder is placed.
Preorder deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you have cancelled preorders in the past, we will require a 25 percent deposit.



Return Policy
 
Returns are only accepted for items received damaged.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
The item will be replaced with the same item. 
Requests for a return must be made within ten (10) days of receipt.

If you pay for an order and cancel it before it ships we are happy to refund you but PayPal keeps the fees!
 



Shipping Policies

Shipping charges are at our cost...we do not add any extra charges or handling fees. 
We use USPS to ship

Because we sell dolls from 3" to 36" it is impossible to post shipping charges;
you are welcome to email us for the current rate information.
